Ever been in a room besides repose? It's unnerving. The body gets acclimatized to background noise, so when there'south likewise niggling of it, or as well much of it, you feel uneasy. White noise is something that helps u.s. relax. Think of it as just a depression-decibel Shhhh sound. Snooz is a white-dissonance generating machine that is simple, effective, and deliciously elegant!
